Delivery Lead
We usually respond within two weeks
Over 30 years, we've grown from humble beginnings (founded 1995) to a global digital lottery technology leader (ASX: JIN), operating in Australia, the UK, Canada and the USA. We partner with thousands of good causes worldwide, helping raise over $290M in FY25 alone. Innovation is at the heart of everything we do.
What will you be doing?
This role sits within the Define pipeline, where work is shaped before it reaches engineering. In this newly created role as a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for turning prioritised business initiatives into a consistent flow of build-ready work, partnering closely with Business Analysts and Product Designers to move ideas from early input through to clear, actionable specifications.
Working as the lead for this function, you will help establish and refine ways of working across the business. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys roadmap planning, program-style delivery, backlog health, and stakeholder communication, and who is motivated by improving how work flows through a system.
While this role is not accountable for engineering delivery itself, it plays a critical role in defining what is being worked on and when it is ready to flow into delivery teams.
